By using Find Property Size, you agree to these terms.

The service

Find Property Size provides tools to measure areas on satellite and map imagery. Measurements are estimates derived from that imagery and your tracing. They are intended for quoting and planning, not as a substitute for a licensed survey, engineering drawing, or legal boundary determination.

Accounts

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Don't share credentials or use the service to break the law.

Plans and billing

Free and paid (Pro) plans are available. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and are billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the period you've already paid for. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Features described as “unlimited” are intended for normal individual use. Automated guards may temporarily slow or pause activity that looks scripted, shared across multiple people, or otherwise unusually high in volume. If that activity continues, we may get in touch, apply limits to the account, or suspend access.

Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
• Don't share one account across a team or run automated searches against it.
• Don't scrape or resell the map imagery, which belongs to the providers.
• Don't use the service to infringe anyone's rights.

Map data

Imagery is provided by Apple, Google, and Esri and remains subject to their terms. We don't warrant its accuracy, currency, or availability.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on measurements produced with the tool.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
